Sam: "Dean... Dean, look you held out for thirty years. That's longer than any one would've. "
Dean: "How I feel, this... inside me, I wish I couldn't feel anything, Sammy. I wish I couldn't feel a damn thing. "

Another Supernatural fanart, inspired by episode Heaven and Hell, Season 4. This scene is so sad and intimate and makes me cry every time I see it- Dean is talking about his time in the Hell and about things he had to do down there.
